We care deeply about your dog’s health, so for hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Because our bandanas come into close contact with pets, returned items may carry fleas, ticks, dander, or allergens — and we simply won’t risk passing that along to another dog.

We know this policy can be disappointing, but it’s how we keep every pup protected — including yours.
